1. Booking and Payment

• All bookings for Tromsø Lyngshest must be made through our booking system, Bifrost Booking.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled tour date will receive a 100% refund.
• Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before the tour will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour date will not receive a refund.
• For same-day cancellations or no-shows, no refund will be provided.
